• **WINNING PHOTOS MUST BE HORIZONTAL and HIGH RESOLUTION!** Photos that are not horizontal may still be selected as Honorable Mentions, but will not be featured as a winning photograph. Check out this site with some helpful tips for smartphone photography.
• Centerra Co-Op reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is deemed inappropriate, is of poor quality or does not conform to stated contest rules. Inappropriate content includes nudity, violence, foul language or anything else deemed offensive. Poor quality photos could be blurry, too light/dark, too small, etc.
• Entries will be judged by Centerra Co-Op employees. The public will vote for a Fan Favorite photo (contest to be held on Centerra's website with links provided on Facebook). All decisions are final.
• By entering the contest, entrants agree that photos submitted can be used by Centerra Co-Op for advertising purposes.
• You must be the original photographer or have express permission from the photographer to submit all photographs to this contest. Centerra Co-Op and all its subsidiaries are not responsible for falsified information or photos submitted without permission.
• Submissions will not be accepted after midnight on Monday, Sept. 30.
• One winning image will be selected for each month with an additional image selected for the calendar cover, making 13 winning photos total. Various honorable mention photos will be featured in smaller spaces on each month's page as well as in the photo collage on the back pages of the calendar.
• The winner will be contacted via the email address or phone number provided during entry. Winning photographers will receive 2 copies of the 2025 Centerra Calendar. Honorable mention photographers will receive 1 copy of the calendar. All prizes will be delivered by mail.
• Judging will take place the first week of October and winners will be announced via Facebook on Monday, October 14.
• Centerra Co-Op reserves the right to disqualify any photograph they see fit.
• The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
